At Unspoken Flame Candles & Co., each candle is thoughtfully hand-poured and delicately packaged. Due to the fragile and consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are gladly offered only in the rare event that:

  • Your order arrives damaged, or
  • You receive an incorrect item.

How to Request an Exchange

To ensure prompt assistance:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos of the product, along with the outer packaging.

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.
  • Refunds are not offered.
  • The damaged item does not need to be returned.

Please Note

  • Minor variations such as wax sweating, frosting, or slight color differences are natural characteristics of hand-poured candles and are not considered defects.
  • Scent preference is subjective; therefore, fragrance-related concerns are not eligible for exchange.
  • Sale and discounted items are final sale.
